Secured along the full edge, not at a single latch — and faced to look like anything but a security door.
Galvanized steel skins are pressed over a reinforced internal frame around an insulated honeycomb core — a rigid, heavy leaf that resists impact and drilling, and quietens and insulates the opening. A multi-point lockset throws hook-bolts at top, centre and bottom into a reinforced frame, while reinforced, concealed hinges resist lifting. The leaf edge is rebated to interlock with the frame so there is no exposed gap or pin to lever against. The same secured leaf is available with a tested 30–120 minute fire rating, and with any face — flush, panelled, carved or glazed.

Every door pairs a security core with a designed face — flush, panelled, carved or glazed — and any style can be fire-rated. Where required, intumescent seals expand under heat to close the gaps without changing the look.
