A fire rating belongs to the whole assembly — leaf, frame, glazing, seals and hardware tested together.
KENT builds fire doors as a certified doorset rated 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 minutes against UL 10C, EN 1634, BS 476 and GB 12955. A certified fire-resistant core carries the rating; intumescent and smoke seals close the gaps under heat; certified closers, hinges and fire-rated vision glazing complete the set; and the same leaf can be specified acoustic to 45 dB Rw. Single or double, oversized within the tested limits, and finished across the full KENT range — so a life-safety door still matches the architecture.

A heavy core alone does not hold a rating. KENT tests and supplies the complete assembly — core, intumescent and smoke seals, closer, hinges and any vision panel — so the certificate matches what is installed.

A fire door does not have to look like one. The certified core takes the full KENT face range — veneer, laminate or steel — with certified fire-rated glazing where a vision panel is required.
From a 30-minute office leaf to a 120-minute double — single or double, with or without a certified vision panel.
