Interior passage doors, grain-matched room to room

A whole project's doors built as one matched set — colour, grain and sheen held constant.
Overview

Interior doors are where a project's consistency shows — or fails to.

KENT builds solid and veneered passage doors as a matched set: veneer leaves are sequence- and grain-matched so a corridor of doors reads as one material, and the Milano finish is held to the same colour and sheen across every leaf. Hinges can be visible or concealed, frames flush or architraved, and the same leaf can be specified acoustic- or fire-rated where a room demands it — without breaking the visual set.

01

How consistency is built

Consistency is planned at fabrication: veneer is sequence-matched from related material, one Milano finish spec is held across the set, and balanced cores keep every leaf flat.

Options within one family

Within a single visual family you can vary solid or veneered, flush or panelled, and add an acoustic- or fire-rated leaf where a room needs it — the corridor still matches.

FAQ

Questions specifiers ask

What does grain-matching actually mean?+
Veneer leaves are cut and sequenced from related material so adjacent doors share grain and tone, and a run reads as one surface rather than mismatched panels.
Can interior doors be acoustic or fire-rated?+
Yes — a rated leaf can be built within the same visual family, so a quiet or fire-rated room matches the rest of the set.
Will the doors stay flat in Gulf humidity?+
Balanced, anti-warp cores and sealed finishes are specified for thermal and humidity swing.
Veneer matching is planned at fabrication from the available flitch; ratings are engineered into individual leaves as required. Images are indicative until project photography is supplied.
