CNC carving & mashrabiya screens

Drawn once, cut precisely, repeated across a whole elevation.
Overview

Precision where it must repeat; the hand where it must feel made.

KENT cuts mashrabiya lattice, pierced openwork, raised panels and classical mouldings on CNC to a drawing, then finishes by hand. Machining gives the repeatability a project needs — every screen and panel identical across an elevation — while hand finishing removes the machined look and warms the edges. The geometry can be regional (mashrabiya), classical (mouldings and linenfold) or bespoke to your artwork, in solid timber or veneered panel.

Repeatable by machine

When a screen pattern must repeat identically across a whole elevation, CNC delivers it — every piece cut to the same drawing, within tight tolerance.

Finished by hand

Machining is the start, not the end. Edges are hand-finished to remove the cut look, and classical mouldings or raised panels are refined so the piece reads as made, not milled.

FAQ

Questions specifiers ask

Can a screen pattern repeat exactly across a project?+
Yes — CNC cuts every piece to the same drawing within tight tolerance, so an elevation reads as one consistent screen.
Does it look machine-made?+
No — machining is followed by hand finishing that removes the cut look and warms the edges.
Can you cut our own geometry?+
Yes — bespoke patterns are cut to your artwork in solid timber or veneered panel.
