A melamine / laminate face that shrugs off trolleys, cleaning and volume — year after year.
A decor paper carrying the colour or woodgrain is fused under a melamine or high-pressure (HPL) overlay and bonded to the core — a wear layer, not a film of paint, meets the traffic. Faces are pressed to both sides of a solid or tubular core and the edges are lipped in tough ABS, so corners and leading edges survive trolleys and door-stops. The same hard face is built on the core the opening needs — standard, fire-rated 30–90 minutes, acoustic, or wet-area (WPC) — in hundreds of colours and woodgrains, factory-prepared for its ironmongery so doors arrive ready to hang.

The laminate face resists scratches, knocks, trolleys and abrasion year after year. Faces are pressed to both sides and the edges are lipped in tough ABS, so corners survive the trolleys and door-stops that destroy a painted door.

The same laminate face is built on a standard core, a mineral fire core (30–90 min), an acoustic core, or a wet-area WPC core. Every leaf is factory-prepared for its ironmongery — mortice locks, hinges, closers, vision panels, flush bolts — to your schedule.
One hard-wearing face, built on the core each opening needs — hundreds of decors, fire and acoustic options.
