“wood door”,”wooden wood” what`s the different?

Because the same thing , wood door and wooden wood, but some people would like to use wood than wooden door. And some others will not.

So I am so interesting in the real different about these two phrases.

I think wooden door is the better one. If there is an adjectival form of the modifier, use it. If there’s only a noun form, the noun can be used as a modifier, but it’s more clumsy. I would guess that because “wood” is such an old word in English (compared to, say, aluminum), it has had more time to develop an adjectival form. Also, English used to be more inclined to inflect (basically, add suffixes to) words that it is now.
