Wiring for my garage door opener? (Life-Master)?

I need help for the wiring of my garage door. I keep trying all kinds of combinations but never get it right.
There is a Red, White and Black total of 3 terminals and so many wires so I’m lost.
if someone has a Lift-Master garage door opener, please send me a photo of the wiring of your garage door.(the back of the motor unit)
the wiring is too complex to explain so a photo will explain everything for me.
