My garage door always stops before open!!

it sounds like you have a broken spring. Look above the door on the shaft at the spring(s). If a spring is broke there will be probably one inch or so gap in a spring. If it is broke you need to have a pro replace it. If springs are ok with door on floor disconnect door from openr try lifting it. You should be able to lift it easily. At each break between panels, when it is in the curved part of track or radius, it should stay. If it wants to fall spring broke or way to weak. If flys up springs are to jot. If that works ok you need to make sure nothing is binding door. If all checks out adjust the blue screws on back or right hand side of opener (if looking at door from inside). Just tweak them a little at a time.
It sounds like a broken spring though.
