Need help on my garage door!It is stoppend in cold weather.
My garage door only open one foot then stop.
The door is about 1.5 year history.when it gets very cold out , the remote will only open the door about 1 foot then stop. presing the remote button again will make the door go down. if i help the door past the 1 foot opening , it will go all the way up but i don’t feel any obstruction. it did this last winter when it was below 0 degrees.

I think the main reasion is the weather, the garage door dont work since the cold weather.
I have found the door manual online and found that there were force adjustments on the unit that basically determine how much force to apply in either direction before aborting and going back to the previous position (whether it be up or down). A quick adjustment of the down force from a 3 (out of 
to a 6 and my problem is completely resolved.
