How to slove my garage door problem?
My garage door is like 11 years old almost. It just dawn on me that I use to just press the remote or the button inside the garage once and the door would either open or close automatically. With one push it will open but now I have to hold the button until it closes otherwise it just dances up and down. What is up with that?

Have you ever oiled the spring or the joints? If not, get some WD40 and spray it on them. You should do this abotu 2 times a year. Could just be too much pressure on your spring. The other thing is that if your door has one of those electronic eye kid safety systems on it, it might just be dirty or slightly out of alignment.
If neither of those work, Id consider calling out a garage door service company to get a “tune up”.
