How to decent up uncompleted conifer (? I think!) kitchen cupboards?

I ahve touched into a punctuation concern with what I conceive are handstitched kitchen cupboards and shelves in uncompleted (unvarnished and unpainted) pine. There is also a solidified render title in the kitchen and impotent setup fan. There is a aggregation of lubricator and soil that has effected in the grooves and info of the vegetation on the loo doors etc. It is today quite solidified and arduous to clean.
